The fruitful cooperation between ULIM and Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France of Valenciennes, France

During November 19th, 23rd, 2018, dr. Valentina Ciumacenco, vice-rector for International relations and Associate professor, dr. Ludmila Coada, the director of Doctoral School in Humanitarian, Political and Communication Sciences were in academic mobility in order to teach and train within partner institution, Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France of Valenciennes (UPHF), France.

For five days, the representatives of ULIM have participated in sessions and working meetings with the administrative and didactic staff, which have focused on exchange of experience and the share of good practices and new prospects of inter-university cooperation. The working visit at UPHF targeted the intensification and the opportunities to extend the cooperation between the two institutions within the European programs and fields of common interest, including the scientific cooperation. Within this mobility, Mrs. Ludmila Coada, at her third didactic experience at UPHF, has held a course of lectures for the students of Licentiate and Master higher education at the Faculty of Letters, Arts and Humanities (FLLASH) related to history, cultural patrimony and identity issues of the Republic of Moldova. The representatives of ULIM had the possibility to participate in the ceremony of awarding Master diplomas to the graduates of FLLASH. The cooperation of professors from ULIM and Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France has started since 2013 when the Black Sea European Project-unity and diversity in Roman antiquity, financed by the European Tool of Neighborhood and Partnership through Common Operational Program of Black Sea Basin started. This partnership continued by the signature of an inter-institutional agreement within Erasmus+ program. There was made a prolific academic exchange, dedicated to students and didactic staff due to this document. This inter-institutional agreement was extended till 2020.

We communicate that in the 2nd semester of the current academic year, 8 studuents of ULIM from the Faculties of International Relations, Political Sciences and Journalism will be in studies mobility at the institution partner, Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France of Valenciennes.
