Public lecture on the occasion of the Hungarian National Day

On March 15, 2021, at the initiative of the Faculty of International Relations, Political Science and Journalism, a public lecture was organized on "The revolution and struggle for freedom of the Hungarian nation of 1848 and 1849 in the context of the reality of the nineteenth century on the Danube region", given by Mr. Fülöp-Gábor András, diplomat of the Embassy of Hungary to the Republic of Moldova. The event marked the 173rd anniversary of the Hungarian revolution that began against the Habsburgs in 1948, the year in which revolutionary events took place throughout Europe.
