ULIM has signed a memorandum of cooperation with a prestigious university from South Korea

ULIM, hosted a delegation of the Institute of Science and Technology in the city of Gwangju (GIST), headed by the dean Do-Kyeong Ko. It is to note that South Korean Gwangju Institute is one of the most prestigious technological research universities in South Korea, playing a leading role among other universities of the Northeast Asian region. Korean delegation had a meeting with Mr. Igor Munteanu, the vice-rector for International Cooperation and Academic Partnerships. During this meeting, the Korean delegation signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science, Engineering and Design of ULIM, Yuri Dubcoveţchi.

Fifth Call APPEAR - Austrian Partnership Programme in Higher Education & Research for Development Submission 31 July 2015

The programme has two components whereby the focus is on the academic partnerships. However, this is closely related to master's and PhD scholarships that mainly support students and academics from already existing APPEAR partnerships to implement long lasting and sustainable cooperation. Both components share the overall objective of strengthening the institutional capacity of the partners institutions in the eligible countries.
